Tria Adelphia O.E. operates four service lines: (a) the apartment hotel (Tria Adelphia), (b) the family restaurant, (c) Arillas Tria Car Rental, (d) Tria Adelphia Travel (airport transfers + private tours). All four lines are part of the same Greek legal entity.
2. Bookings
Direct bookings via our websites (tria-adelphia.com, arillastriacarrental.com, triaadelphiatravel.com) are governed by the cancellation, deposit, and payment terms shown at the time of booking. OTA bookings (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) follow each OTA's terms in addition to ours.
3. Use of our websites
You may use our websites to browse availability, make bookings, contact us, and read travel information. You may not scrape, redistribute, or commercially repurpose our content without written permission.
4. Communications
By providing your email, phone, or social-media handle during a booking or inquiry, you consent to receive transactional communications (booking confirmations, check-in instructions, check-out feedback) from us. Marketing communications are sent only with your explicit opt-in (a checkbox you tick during booking). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message or emailing yannis@tria-adelphia.com.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our control (flight delays, weather, third-party transport, etc.). Maximum direct liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct conversation will be addressed by the competent courts of Corfu, Greece.
