This is the privacy policy for Tria Adelphia (the apartment hotel, restaurant, and bar at Arillas, Corfu). We are a small family business; this policy explains plainly what we do with the data you give us.

What data we collect and why

When you book a room or contact us, we collect: your name, email, phone number, dates of stay, and any preferences or requests you tell us about. We use this data to confirm your booking, prepare your stay, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations (we are required to report guest data to the Greek police and tourism authorities).

How we keep your data safe

Reservation data is held in our Property Management System (CloudHotel) and in our internal records. Access is limited to family members and staff who need it to do their job. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep your data

Booking records are kept for as long as required by Greek tax and tourism law (currently 10 years for accounting records). Marketing email contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Marketing emails

If you stayed with us, we may email you once or twice a year with news about our season. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We send through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — they are a data processor under our control.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) messages

When you message us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, we receive your Meta profile name and the contents of your message. We use this to reply and, with your permission, to keep your inquiry on file so we can help you with bookings later.

To delete your message history with us, message the word DELETE in any conversation. We'll remove all messages and any contact record we created from that conversation within 7 days. You can also email info@tria-adelphia.com with the request.

We never use Messenger or Instagram message content for ad targeting.

Your rights under GDPR

You can ask us at any time to: see what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it (where we are not legally required to keep it), or stop using it for marketing. Email info@tria-adelphia.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and for Meta advertising. Cookie preferences are managed through the cookie banner that appears on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time from the same banner.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we'll post the new version here. The version below is current as of May 2026.
